Outreach services
RCN Scotland's learning activities, educational courses, local learning and other resources specific to Scotland for RCN members.
We regularly visit universities, colleges and workplaces, including care homes and hospitals, to deliver learning sessions on a various topics, including: accountability and delegation, record-keeping, using social media responsibly, dignity and dementia, plus many others. Sessions are delivered by members of our Learning & Development team, who can also create sessions designed around your needs.
We also offer 1:1 training sessions delivered by Information Specialists from our Library team. These are bespoke sessions designed to suit your individual needs and can cover finding information online and using the RCN Library resources, including databases and e-journals.
